Le centre de Formations CUNIC de Charleroi a choisi de mettre en avant les formations dispensées par Quality Care. En effet, pour les futurs Directeurs de maison de repos, un module "Programmation des soins en MRS" sera présenté. Pour les référents "déments" nommés en MRS, un duo de formations sera dispensé : "gestion de l'agitation et de l'agressivité chez les résidents atteints de démence" & "diminution de la médication psychotrope chez les évidents atteints de démence". Le centre de formation du CREA-HELB se situant sur le site de l'ULB a souhaité collaborer avec Quality Care au sujet de son plan de soins "SMART" appelé R.P.C.I. avec lequel le personnel soignant pourra établir des objectifs pluridisciplinaires efficaces pour chaque résident. Quality Care remercie ces Institutions pour leur confiance. En route pour la qualité des soins ! |
